ZestIOT began as an IoT kids safety application, aimed at providing parents with peace of mind. However, our journey took an unexpected turn when someone from the aviation industry discovered our technology. They saw its potential to revolutionize airport operations and approached us with an exciting proposition. Inspired by this opportunity, we embarked on a new chapter, leveraging our expertise to develop innovative solutions for airports. The success of our airport projects propelled us forward, and today, ZestIOT has grown into a dynamic team of over 75 talented individuals.

Amit, an engineer turned entrepreneur, leads ZestIoT, a tech powerhouse. His innovation drive secured spots in prestigious programs, including NASSCOM Deep Tech Club and Boeing HorizonX. Under his leadership, ZestIoT clinched multimillion-dollar deals with global B2B clients and partnered with industry giants like DELL, CISCO, and T-Mobile.

Amit's mission is to transform Aviation, Manufacturing, and more by connecting people, places, assets, and operations with cutting-edge solutions.

Thomas Sermon leads sales and demand generation for ZestIoT. Having previously worked for SITA and Honeywell, Thomas's expertise extends right across the aviation domain covering airports, airlines and ground handling. His focus is on empowering clients to extract maximum value and benefit from transformation of both aircraft turnaround operations and the passenger journey. Thomas has experience across airfield, passenger, baggage, airport, sustainability and innovation solutions. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Aviation Management. Amit's mission is to transform Aviation, Manufacturing, and more by connecting people, places, assets, and operations with cutting-edge solutions.

With nearly 15 years of experience, Snehasis has excelled in architecting, implementing, and supporting aviation products, spanning ground handling, cargo handling, catering, and more. His  expertise encompasses team setup, governance, strategy, processes, architecture, applications, infrastructure, SAP, data centres, and operations management across both international and Indian contexts. Snehasis can thrive  in both customer and vendor roles, honing an all-encompassing skill set from marketing strategy to executing Technology Master Plans in diverse environments.

As ZestIoT's Head of HR since June 2021, she oversees Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Engagement, Payroll, Reward, Recognition, and HR process enhancement. Sudeshna collaborates with business leaders, empowering them to achieve objectives and enhance individual and team capabilities for effective performance.
